Open Letter Plan Discussion Post

After much contemplation I finally decided to write the man on the moon.  The hope is that through writing to him it hits a mark for all of those he is able to see (being all of us). My message will be found within a series of questions for him asking what he sees when looking back at us. The idea is for us to think of what he might say, to help us see a broader scene then the ones we are able to. To get people to see a point of view few take, in regard to the whole world, and not just their part of it. I am writing this letter because I too don’t always think of my world, our world, in this way and sometimes need reminding. An open letter is the best means to relay this message because presumably, there is not a man on the moon and therefore obviously meant for more than just him. With this letter I am hoping to remind people that they have to look beyond one’s own world, beyond one’s own boundaries, to see the true impact one of many can have on the planet as a whole.
